Planning permission for Junction 56, Ipswich

Pigeon was delighted to secure planning permission at Babergh District Council’s Planning Committee for the next development phase at J56 Wherstead.

This comprises two warehouse and distribution units totalling 228,000 sq ft, and will complement the recently opened Starbucks drive-thru and Euro Garages roadside services

Working alongside joint venture partners Curzon De Vere Limited, the proposals have been shaped to reflect updated requirements and to support long-term growth across the District. The developments enhance the recently completed junction improvements and the new roadside service area, and provide foundations for future development.

The application has been supported by The JTS Partnership LLP, Richard Jackson Limited, Liz Lake Associates and Transport Planning Associates.
