Land Sale at Carmarthen, South Wales

We have sold our site at Pentremeurig Farm in Carmarthen to Persimmon Homes.

Pentremeurig Farm is part of the West Carmarthen Development Area which has been allocated for 1,100 new dwellings.

The wider development included construction of a new link road between West Carmarthen and the A40. Planning permission for 250 new homes was secured in 2018.
