Broadlands Lodge Welcomes Residents

Pigeon and Ifield are proud to announce that Broadlands Lodge officially opened its doors to welcome residents on Friday 21 October.

LNT Care Developments commenced construction of the 66-bed care home on Plot 1b at Broadland Gate, following the grant of planning consent back in Summer 2021. The purpose-built, residential care home was designed to provide a high-quality facility for elderly people in the local community.

The scheme is spread across three floors, featuring a library, cinema room, luxurious social spaces, hair salon, and stunning landscaped gardens.

Broadlands Lodge is part of Danforth Care Homes.
