New Land Promotion Site Secured

Pigeon has secured a promotion agreement for 66 acres of land in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The site, located within a well-established village with strong community ties and good access to local services, presents an opportunity to deliver much-needed new homes, including affordable homes. Proposals will also include extensive amenity space and the creation of a new country park, designed to benefit both new and existing residents while enhancing the local environment.

Pigeon’s approach will focus on delivering a well-planned, landscape-led scheme that respects the character of the area and provides lasting community value. The company is keen to continue strengthening its presence in Kent and to build long-term relationships with local stakeholders as further opportunities are brought forward.
