Your Community

Pigeon recognises the importance of sustainable design led schemes.

Sustainable, design led schemes are achieved in partnership with you and your local community. Our belief is that ongoing engagement significantly contributes to high quality design. This commitment has been commended by local communities and authorities who have acknowledged the clear benefits of this approach.

The positive consultation and adherence to requirements in the Neighbourhood Plan was welcomed and the layout sympathetic and sustainable.
