Biodiversity Net Gain
Where Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) cannot be delivered on site, Pigeon Earth can offer solutions via Habitat Banks. BNG units will be available to purchase in a safe, credible, cost-effective and accessible way to deliver off-site mitigation.

Pigeon Earth has an unrivalled network of landowners, land and partnerships to help developers and corporates to meet SANG requirements.

- All BNG units are compliant with the Environment Act 2021 and the associated BNG regulations.
Landowners
Pigeon Earth is committed to partnering with landowners and their agents / advisors to find a solution that supports existing farm and estate businesses and diversification initiatives.
Together we can establish arrangements that work for your business whilst optimising the biodiversity of your land. Each arrangement will differ, but typically we take a lease interest in your land for circa 30 years. You will receive a rental income, management contract and uplift over and above an agreed baseline calculation.
We work collaboratively with landowners to establish a management plan to run alongside your existing land operations and considering your tax position. Once the agreement is in place, Pigeon Earth manages the rest.

Victoria Wood
Senior Land Manager
v.wood@pigeon.co.ukVictoria joined Pigeon in 2021 and works within the Land Promotion team. She is responsible for sourcing new land opportunities and managing a number of existing projects throughout their lifespan.
Victoria began her career in 2016 as a graduate at Allsop LLP, and having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor she joined the Residential Transactional and Living Markets team where she focused on Land and Development Agency and Consultancy.
Away from work Victoria enjoys cooking, travelling, golf, and spending time with her friends on the North Norfolk Coast.
William Stanton
Founding Director
w.stanton@pigeon.co.ukWilliam is a Founding Director of Pigeon and leads the company’s strategic direction and business development initiatives. He works with the Commercial, Land Promotion and Funding teams at Pigeon.
William was formerly a Board Member of Savills (L&P) Plc, and during his 30-year career has gained extensive knowledge and experience of the property market. He is a founding director of Cambridge Power, one of the largest battery storage companies in the UK.
William is a Chartered Surveyor, a member of the CLA and former Director of the Suffolk Development Agency. He enjoys a range of sports when the seasons allow, including tennis, cricket, golf, skiing, and running the family farm.
