Planning Resolution Achieved for Blakeney Homes

Pigeon is pleased to report that North Norfolk District Council yesterday resolved to grant outline planning permission for proposals for up to 30 new homes on land west of Langham Road, Blakeney.

The landscape-led proposals will deliver sustainable, policy-compliant growth on a site allocated within the adopted Local Plan.

The scheme will provide a balanced mix of homes, including 35% affordable housing, alongside public open space, play areas, pedestrian improvements and biodiversity net gain in excess of 10%, helping to create a well-integrated environment for both new and existing residents.
