Pigeon Sells Cheshunt Site

Pigeon is pleased to share that outline planning permission has been granted for the first phase of Larks Wood Park in Wickford.

The scheme will deliver up to 302 new homes alongside a community hub and a new two-form entry primary school and nursery, helping to meet local housing need while creating a well-balanced, sustainable neighbourhood.

This is an important step forward for the site, with a strong focus on connectivity, green infrastructure and long-term community benefits built into the proposals.
