Pigeon Insight Week

In June, Pigeon welcomed seven university students and graduates to Linden Square for the third Pigeon Insight Week.

Over five days, they met teams from across the business, visited our schemes at Cheshunt, Twinwoods and Bury West, and gained first-hand experience of what it takes to bring new homes and commercial sites forward.

The feedback has been fantastic, with attendees describing it as “the most insightful work experience I have had”, praising the “very interactive learning experience” and the “brilliant week”, while highlighting the enthusiasm and engagement shown by colleagues across the business.
