Pigeon completes land sale at Soham

Pigeon has completed the sale of the land at Brook Street, Soham, to Taylor Wimpey.

The site benefits from an outline planning permission and will deliver 80 new homes for @East Cambridgeshire District, alongside associated infrastructure.

Duncan Jenkins, Pigeon’s Land Director, commented: “In a tricky market, we are pleased to have secured the sale of the land at Soham to Taylor Wimpey, one of our long term housebuilding partners.”
