Pigeon appoints Duncan Jenkins as Land Director

Pigeon is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Jenkins as Land Director, further strengthening the company’s leading land promotion team.
Duncan is a Chartered Town Planner and joins Pigeon after 15 years as Projects Director at Cambridge-based Endurance Estates. Prior to that, he was Director of Planning at Lands Improvement Holdings, where he developed a strong track record of securing planning outcomes and unlocking land value.
Commenting on his appointment, Duncan said: “Pigeon has a reputation for long-term thinking and delivering results for landowners, underpinned by a highly capable and committed team.
