Next tranche of Kingsfleet sold

A third phase of land at Kingsfleet, Thetford has been sold to Taylor Wimpey.

With planning permission for 225 homes, the land adjoins the first two phases which are under construction.

The sale brings the total number of plots purchased by housebuilders to over 700, with over 100 homes now completed and occupied.
