Pigeon’s award-winning Broadland Gate development has continued to secure a range of new occupiers for the 48-acre site at the A47 / Broadland Northway interchange, Norwich.

Gridserve, Norfolk’s first dedicated Electric Vehicle roadside services charging area, opened in April, delivering 36 electric charging points, an energy-neutral building, battery storage for the grid, and great amenity space for customers with M&S Simply Food, Costa Coffee and WHSmith retail outlets.

Norfolk Constabulary has nearly finished construction of their specialist Police Investigation Centre.  The new facility is due to open in Autumn 2022 and will boost policing in Norwich and the wider East Norfolk area, with Broadland Gate providing a highly accessible location to serve the expanding surrounding communities.

LNT will complete the build of a purpose-designed 66-bed residential care home in the autumn, this will provide a high-quality facility for elderly people and create valuable jobs within the local community.

Inchcape has commenced construction of their new state-of-the-art Jaguar Land Rover dual dealership to represent their leading car brands.

These new occupiers will operate alongside Lidl and McDonald’s, both of which opened last year, and Screwfix, Howdens, and Tool Station in the Broadland Gate Trade Park.

Pigeon is developing Broadland Gate in a joint venture with Ifield Group.
