Pigeon has acquired a vacant warehouse in Waterbeach, Cambridge. The property extends to 27,500 sq ft, has immediate access to the A10, and is only three miles from the A14.
Having been recently vacated by the previous owner, Pigeon will implement an extensive refurbishment plan, creating an “as new” building in order to attract a high-quality tenant. The new building should be available for occupation from November 2021.
