Pigeon acquired land at Theobalds Business Park for a development known as MAX50, located just one mile from the M25/A10 interchange in Cheshunt, with nearby occupiers including the Sunset Waltham Cross Studios and Broxbourne Business and Technology Centre.

Pigeon has undertaken the development of a new 86,000 sq.ft unit which was pre-let to Hedin Automotive. The development was forward sold to an institutional purchaser.
