Pigeon acquired this five acre freehold brownfield site, located on the Norwich-bound carriageway at one of the busiest roundabouts on the A11 in Suffolk. We obtained planning permission and undertook substantial redevelopment during 2015 to create a new motor services area, with tenants including Shell, a tyre centre and car wash, plus one of the country’s top-performing McDonalds restaurants. We continue to manage this busy and successful site.
