New lease agreed with Tees Law at Parkview House, Chelmsford

Pigeon is delighted to announce they have agreed a new 11-year lease with Tees, at Parkview House, Chelmsford. This sees Tees more than double their existing 1st floor space. Tees’ expanded Chelmsford hub will provide a full-service offering for individuals, families and business owners. Services will include corporate and commercial, real estate and planning, litigation and dispute resolution, private client and family law, residential property, as well as Tees Financial independent wealth planning services. The expansion underlines Tees’ role as a key employer in the region, creating space for new jobs and contributing to Chelmsford’s growing reputation as a regional business centre.

Pigeon is proud to support the continued growth of one of the region’s leading law firms and thrilled that Parkview House remains the place where that success happens. This agreement comes after securing a new long-term lease on the 2nd floor with a leading multinational insurer; the former head leaseholder.

Pigeon will now undertake works to de-gas the property and upgrade the HVAC to a modern, fully electric system. Following the works, the 3rd floor will be available to let next summer.
