Peterborough Acquisition

Pigeon has acquired an 87,000 sq ft industrial warehouse on the Northfields Industrial Estate, Market Deeping, near Peterborough.

Waingap Construction has been appointed to undertake refurbishment works. Following completion the building will be available to let.

Savills is acting on behalf of Pigeon to market the site, and there has already been significant interest from prospective occupiers.
