J56 on A14

The marketing of Pigeon’s A14 roadside and logistics scheme was launched in late 2020. Located at Junction 56, the site has full planning consent for a new highway access and roadside services, including petrol filling station and drive thru restaurant.

The rear of the site has outline planning consent for employment uses. Unit A is already under offer, and will be a 73,990 sq ft high specification distribution warehouse designed to the occupier’s requirements. Construction is due to start in late 2021.
