Pigeon acquired this 13-acre industrial site in early 2021. Located just to the south of Peterborough, it contains a mix of industrial buildings and open storage plots. The low density of the site presents an opportunity to develop new buildings to add value and drive returns. During 2023 a substantial improvement programme commenced, improving the estate road and the quality of the open storage, and working with the existing tenants to ensure the property meets their long-term needs.
