Pigeon is pleased to announce that Babergh District Council’s Planning Committee recently resolved to approve their updated proposals for the next development phase at J56 Wherstead, comprising two warehouse and distribution units totalling 228,000 sq ft.

These proposals will complement the recently opened Starbucks drive-thru and the new roadside services opened by Euro Garages last year.

Hugh French, Director – Development, said: “Working with our joint venture partners Curzon De Vere Ltd, these proposals reflect updated requirements and will support long-term growth and investment in the District. The proposals will build on the recently completed junction improvement works and roadside service area.”
