Planning secured for logistics development at Ipswich

Pigeon has secured planning permission for a new logistics and roadside services scheme at Ipswich, just off J56 of the A14. Phase 1 of the development will include major road improvements to the junction and new infrastructure, and a roadside scheme comprising petrol filling station, convenience store and drive thru restaurant. Pigeon will undertake the road and infrastructure upgrades and Euro Garage’s will construct the roadside scheme.  Phase 2 of the development is 200,000 sq ft of new Grade A industrial and logistics space. This will be developed by Pigeon and the buildings will be offered to prospective occupiers for sale or to let.
