Pigeon Purchase Prominent Mixed Use Building in Norwich

Pigeon are pleased to announce the purchase of 19 Upper King Street and 2 Prince of Wales Road, a prominent mixed use building located in the heart of the business district of Norwich. Part of the property is currently let to two tenants; Marstons and Arnold Keys. The remaining space on the upper floors is vacant and Pigeon will be producing proposals for refurbishment.  Occupiers surrounding the building include Bidwells, Savills, Handelsbanken and the NFU amongst others.

Hugh French of Pigeon commented: ‘We are delighted to have added the property to our expanding investment portfolio. The income is secured to two very good tenants and the vacant upper floors give us the opportunity for refurbishment of these parts. The purchase is due to be one of a number that we are looking to complete this year.’
