Pigeon is promoting a Sustainable Urban Extension at Thetford on behalf of the Crown and Kilverstone Estates. A planning application was submitted in July 2011 for up to 5,000 dwellings, 20 hectares of commercial development, community facilities and public open space. The application is now the subject of public consultation, and it is expected that planning permission will be granted towards the end of 2012.
