Pigeon and Hopkins Homes have jointly secured interests in land on the East side of Bury St Edmunds, on which they are now promoting a development scheme of 1,250 dwellings. The land is identified in the Core Strategy for St Edmundsbury and it is planned that a planning application will be submitted during the course of 2012.
