Pigeon Land has been appointed by Landowners to promote land at Burnham on Crouch for up to 450 dwellings and a local centre.  A Promotion Agreement has been completed and discussions with the Local Planning Authority are underway.

 

Burnham on Crouch is in a favoured residential area on the Essex Coast, within easy reach of Colchester and the A12.  There is a thriving marina and yachting club, both located a short distance from the proposed development.

 

It is expected that a planning application will be submitted in 2014.
