The Brewery Tap pub has been let 10 year lease to Mike and Georgina Keen who are running the historic pub as an exciting new Freehouse. Part of the Historic Tolly Cobbold Brewery building has been let to the Earl Soham Brewery for their Micro Brewery. These lettings herald a new begnning for the landmark Ipswich building which overlooks the River Orwell.
 

Cliff Quay Developments Ltd are in discussions with Ipswich Borough Council regarding redevelopment of the site for a comprehensive mixed use scheme including retail, hotel, office and residential uses.
