Pigeon has signed an agreement for the development of 24 affordable houses at Holt Road in Fakenham which will be part funded by North Norfolk District Council.

The scheme is being built by Chalcroft on behalf of Victory Housing Association.  To the east of the site is the Fakenham Medical practice.

North Norfolk District Council has to deliver 92 affordable units a year and this project is a significant proportion of that allocation.
