Development Surveyor

The recent launch of Pigeon Land to manage and grow our portfolio of land promotion projects reflects the Directors’ ambitions for this important area of our business. With a number of new projects in the pipeline, Pigeon wishes to appoint a Development Surveyor. The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience of land promotion and a good understanding of the planning system.

Commercial Surveyor

Pigeon is seeking a surveyor with the skills to handle a wide range of investment and development projects. The successful candidate will have at least three years experience in commercial property.

We are looking for candidates capable of using their own initiative and with the flexibility to work long hours. They must have high levels of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills. Based in our offices in Bury St Edmunds, these are exceptional opportunities for talented, ambitious surveyors looking for an exciting career in a successful, privately owned property company.
