On behalf of the Pigeon East of England Property LP, contracts have been exchanged for the purchase of a 10,000 sqft department store in Bury St Edmunds. The Grade II listed property, formerly the Suffolk Hotel, comprises three floors and occupies a prominent corner location in a prime retail area of the town centre. The property is due to be re-let in 2018. Fawcett Mead acted for Pigeon in the acquisition.
