Predominantly located in the eastern region, the Pigeon portfolio is comprised of a mix of strategic land, commercial investment and development projects.

Recent projects include:

Acquisition of Thorpe Wood House, Peterborough, and re-gearing of the lease to Anglian Water for 20 years .
Development of St Nicholas’ Court, a medical and office complex in Dersingham, Norfolk.
Acting as agent for IOM LP, acquired and redeveloped the former B&Q and Lloyds Bank sites in Stevenage to create 146 residential units.

Formerly redundant agricultural buildings, St Nicholas' Court near Sandringham is now a thriving £3m medical and business centre, officially opened by HM The Queen in February. The last tenant is due to move in shortly, with a minor operations day care surgery opening in January 2010 alongside The Carole Brown Health Centre, Hawkins Solicitors and The Barn Hair and Beauty Salon. Pigeon's Norfolk office is also located within the development and the project represents a continuation of a long-term partnership with the Sandringham Estate.
