Predominantly located in the eastern region, the Pigeon portfolio is comprised of a mix of strategic land, commercial investment and development projects.

Recent projects include:

• Acquisition of Thorpe Wood House, Peterborough, and re-gearing of the lease to Anglian Water for 20 years .
• Development of St Nicholas’ Court, a medical and office complex in Dersingham, Norfolk.
• Acting as agent for IOM LP, acquired and redeveloped the former B&Q and Lloyds Bank sites in Stevenage to create 146 residential units.
