Contracts are being negotiated with Flagship Housing Association, developer agents on behalf of Victory Housing Association, to build 24 affordable two and three bed houses. To the east of the site is the Fakenham Medical practice.
North Norfolk District Council has to deliver 92 affordable units a year and this project is a significant proportion of that allocation.
