Current Projects

The landholding includes the prominent WH Smith on the highstreet and a substantial area of land to the rear of the Elmsleigh shopping centre. The land has been allocated for 450,000 sqft of shopping/commercial and residential uses within the Spelthorne Borough Local Development Framework.

Working with key stakeholders the project team are promoting a comprehensive development of this site.
