Pigeon has let the Brewery Tap pub on a 10 year lesae to Mike and Georgina Keen who have just begun to run the historic pub as an exciting new Freehouse. Pigeon purchased the entire old Tolly Cobbold Brewery, a 2.36 acre site and has also let a part of the building to the Earl Soham Brewery for their Micro Brewery. These lettings herald a new begnning for the landmark Ipswich building which overlooks the River Orwell.
A planning application has been submitted to convert the main Brewery, a 19th century, 7 storery brick building, into 80,000 sq ft of offices.
