19,000 sq ft new landmark town centre office development adjacent to the 265,000 sq ft ARC shopping centre anchored by Debenhams who occupy the futuristic Sage-like building. The first floor (6,500 sq ft) is let and the whole of the ground floor of 7,000 sq ft has now also been let leaving only 5,630 sq ft remaining.  Ready for occupation at the end of this year.
