Current Projects

A mixed use, two phase, five acre development - the new gateway to Mildenhall. The front of the site is a petrol filling station and McDonalds drive-thru. To the rear of the site planning permission has been obtained for a hotel and car showroom as well as trade counter units. Due to its high visibility location the site has always had strong occupier demand.
