Pigeon is pleased to announce that its development consisting of 24 affordable houses at Holt Road in Fakenham, will be funded by North Norfolk District Council.

This scheme is being built by Flagship Housing Group Ltd on behalf of Victory Housing Trust. The units are a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses being built to a minimum of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3. There will be open space provision including a play area, good parking, gardens and a detailed landscaping plan.

Pigeon says that the scheme will have a distinctive character and provide a positive contribution to Fakenham, benefiting local people.
